Six Ways To Attract Potential Customers To Your Stand

If you’ve ever been to an exhibition or trade show you will see that some stands attract a large crowd and others hardly anyone at all. Why is that?

The problem is that all the exhibitors are pretty much trading the same thing – so you have to grab the attention of your visitors by means other than just a great product. You need to make your exhibition stand attractive and more importantly, memorable.

Now Exhibitors can Register Online

Exhibition Co. has spent the last few months designing and developing an on-line exhibitor manual and registration area to make the process of exhibitor registration easier for the organizer, individual exhibitor and exhibition provider alike.

The process:
Each exhibitor is sent an email with their unique log-in details and a direct link to the on-line registration site. They are then led to the initial on-line manual ‘landing page’ where they get a general overview of all the guidelines and information for both venue and the specific show. (The first show to use the online registration is the upcoming ACI 49th World Congress, in Sydney in March.) This page has all the exhibitor info, including exhibitor manual, forms to be filled out, venue information, venue forms etc.

Australia Loves a Gift Fair

Wherever you are in Australia, one of the most popular trade show events for both exhibitors and visitors alike are the gift fairs. Probably the most popular of these is the ‘Reed Gift Fair’. Its popularity is evident in the fact that it is held five times a year, twice in Sydney and Melbourne and once in Brisbane.

The gift and homewares fair is a great launching pad for any new products on the market and the latest best sellers and trends in giftware. The entire industry comes together starting in February of each new year – after the end of the Christmas bumper season, to start again with new, fresh ideas for the new season. It is a good source of information and feedback for the sellers – they can get a good indication as to whether new ideas and products are likely to be a success in the market and which way the trends are leaning.
